C & C Automotive, a family-owned and operated shop, first opened its doors for service in 1977. It originated from a dream between a father and son, John and Aaron Clements, to work together and start their own car repair and maintenance facility. Over the years, it grew into a 35-bay shop with 7 ASE-certified technicians, 5 ASE Master Certified technicians and 4 service advisors. They became a proud member of the Automotive Service Association Augusta Chamber of Commerce, and the Better Business Bureau. In addition, C & C Automotive became a NAPA Auto Care Center and AC Delco Center for the Augusta area. Some of its other accomplishments include becoming the first local AAA-approved shop as well as one of the few local ASE Blue Seal of Excellence shops. Aaron and John Clements truly feel blessed for the success of C & C Automotive.
Aaron Clements has hosted the C & C Automotive Show on WGAC 580 Talk Radio from 8:05 to 9:00am on Saturdays for over 15 years. Its a great opportunity for listeners to call in with car repair and maintenance questions as well as win prizes. C & C Automotive has recently started offering free Car Care101 classes to help people learn about taking care of their vehicles and what to do in the case of a vehicle malfunction. C & C Automotive also holds an annual Car Care Day that is free to the public with free food and drinks, prizes, the bloodmobile taking donations, and a GASCAR Car Show. It also has facing painting and a jumping balloon for the kids as well as booths provided by local businesses.
