Bob Hardt - 2007 Corvette Z06

I follow the C6R race team and have my fuel rail covers autographed by all of the C6R team on one side and then the other cover is signed by Corvette engineers, designers, and other personalities.

Our Z06 has been picked by Ron Fellows, C6R driver, at Petit Lemans at Road Atlanta and also at the last C5/6 Bash at the NCM in Bowling Green by Tom Hill, a Corvette engineer. I enjoy entering in the
Celebrity Choice car shows and attending local shows just to talk cars and Corvettes with others.

This is my 9th Corvette and my favorite so far. Its also the fastest and quickest car I have ever owned. You have to respect the power that it has. 0-60 in less than 3.7 seconds with an advertised stock
top end of 198 mph.

I enjoy the Corvette family of friends that I have made. The Corvette is an instant ice breaker when meeting others. I am active in the C5/C6 Corvette Registry and serve as their National Corvette Museum Ambassador for the club. We have over 7000 members throughout the United States, Canada, and overseas. I am also a member of the Bowling Green Assembly Corvette Club in Bowling Green, Kentucky, where the Corvette is made. My wife and I are also Lifetime Members of the National Corvette Museum. We go at least once a year to the NCM to attend events and see our friends and make new ones. I have had fellow Corvette enthusiasts from the Netherlands and Australia stay at our home in Aiken along with others from the states stop in for a visit.

I have always been a car nut and love all types and brands of cars. I can especially appreciate those that have built up a muscle car or street rod. I plan to have a Corvette for the rest of my life. Its not only a car, its a family, its a tradition, its just plain fun owning and driving one.
